Presetec Chile adds Kandy’s Visual Attendant to Carrier Solutions portfolio

Chilean network services provider Presetec is implementing Kandy’s Visual Attender into its portfolio to digitally enable its customers and enhance customer service and call centre workflows and economics.

The Kandy Visual Attendant is a pre-developed, fully functional software application that allows businesses to easily configure context-based customer support menus on their websites. Following a simple, intuitive set-up process the Visual Attendant provides a single line of code that can be inserted directly into the desired location of the website and initiated from any page on the site enabling real time customer interactions through the browser.
