Colombian operator WOM has implemented Whale Cloud’s full-stack BSS suite to speed up its digital transformation and improve customer experience.

After becoming the fastest-growing operator in Chile, WOM entered the Colombian market with the goal of delivering nationwide mobile connectivity. The operator partnered with Whale Cloud in Chile, and is set to leverage the provider’s BSS suite in its Colombian operations.

The suite will help WOM Colombia provide proactive and consistent customer experience across channels as well as boosting revenue streams and business opportunities in advanced technologies and vertical services.

“Whale Cloud’s full-stack BSS suite includes all of the features needed for effective digital transformation” Stefan Evergard, CTO of WOM. “This will help us to be more versatile and agile to advance towards our services launch in Colombia. Customers are the core of our operation, we believe that Colombians deserve better connectivity, customer service and fair prices.
